Hello, Scratchpad

I’ve had a scratchpad section on this site for a while. It just never had anything in it.

Partly because I kept waiting to have something worth saying. Partly because I’d start writing, decide it wasn’t good enough, and close the tab.

So I’m changing the rule. This is a notebook, not a blog. First drafts are fine. Half-baked opinions are fine. Things that go nowhere are fine.

I’ll write about building software, design, email, and tools — and occasionally something with no relation to any of that.
